We are nearly there now. Phase 2, the final phase, commenced this week as promised by the Management.
The roof has been completed and all that remains now is the chimney stack.
This will result in a vast improvement. It is just a shame that this condition was not insisted upon at the time of the Planning Application, and left to the taxpayers to arrange with the Company. All involved Councillors and ??Planning?? Department officials should be sent back to school and re educated for a more productive career, – preferably after a week in the Stocks and a good horse whipping.
